Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your photography session date and time. This deposit serves as a commitment from both parties and is applied toward your total package price. Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that circumstances may require you to reschedule your photography session. Our ability to accommodate rescheduling requests depends on our availability and the notice provided.

Portrait Sessions, Commercial Photography, and Event Photography

Wedding Photography

All rescheduling is subject to our availability. If we are unable to accommodate your preferred new date, we will offer alternative dates. If no suitable date can be agreed upon, our cancellation policy will apply.

Weather-Related Cancellations

For outdoor sessions, weather can impact the quality of your photographs. The decision to cancel or reschedule due to weather conditions is at the discretion of Calm Harborbay.

In the rare event that Calm Harborbay must cancel your session due to illness, emergency, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will:

In case of cancellation due to photographer illness or emergency, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement photographer of similar style and experience. If we are unable to do so, or if you prefer not to work with a replacement photographer, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Product and Digital File Purchases

Digital Files

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital files are final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered.

Physical Products

For physical products (prints, albums, etc.):

Payment Methods and Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Please allow 7-14 business days for refunds to be processed and appear in your account.

We recognize that exceptional circumstances beyond your control (such as serious illness, injury, or bereavement) may necessitate cancellation. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible.
